摘　　要：引入经济可持续发展能源可承受度概念,建立中央和东西部地区兼顾经济增长及能源可持续发展的博弈模型,分析西部大开发战略中中央、东部和西部能源开发的战略选择,得到能源作为稀缺资源在地区及全国范围内最优配置的相关结论.Energy sustainability is involved to build a game in which the central, the eastern and the western governments take into consideration both the economic growth and sustainable development of energy. Then energy Strategy selections in the game, in the great development of western China, of the three governments are analyzed. And results about the optimum allocation of energy to the whole country are given.
