摘  要:本文研究了在浸出过程中加入添加剂抑制杂质浸出的方法。所筛选出的四类添加剂能全面地适应我国南方某类稀土矿物提取中各矿源对杂质的控制要求。浸出液可不再净化直接以NH4HCO3沉淀。在不增加生产成本的情况下,稀土产品质量超过国内现行标准,稀土回收率提高5~15%。In this paper, studies are made on the impurities control method during leach by adding the additive. Four sort of additives chosen can meet the impurities control requirements during leach of a sort of rare earth ore in the south of our country. The leach liquid may be not purified again and be precipitated directly with NH_4HCO_3. The quality of rare earth product exceeds the national standard executed at present, but the product cost does not increase. The recovery of rare earth is raised 5 ̄15%.
