摘 要:目的:设计一种能够给细胞施加均匀应变刺激的装置.方法:基于单片机控制原理,进行控制单元的硬件和软件设计,介绍了机械单元结构及工作原理等.结果与结论:设计的加载装置可施加的应变范围为0~10%,频率可调.初步系统和操作性能实验表明设计达到预期的结果.Objective :To design a kind of loading device with fundus strain on cells. Methods: Based on MPU controlling principle, the hardware and software of controlled unit were designed. Principle and structure of mechanical unit were also introduced. Results and Conclusion: The main technical index and advantages of the device were as follows: the strain range was 0 - 10%, the strain frequency could be adjusted. The results of preliminary experiment of run and operation capability indicated that the prospective destination was achieved.
