摘　　要：硫酸装置酸循环系统的浓硫酸冷却器,国内目前大多采用阳极保护的不锈钢酸冷却器。介绍了SandvikSX不锈钢耐浓硫酸腐蚀的性能以及用该不锈钢制造的管壳式酸冷却器的使用情况,该设备可不设阳极保护,在400kt/a硫酸装置中使用了5年无维修。At present,most strong sulfuric acid coolers used in the acid circulation system of sulfuric acid plants are stainless steel acid coolers with anode protection in China.The strong sulfuric acid corrosion resistance and Sandvik SX stainless steel and the facts are introduced .This shell and tube acid cooler without anode protection used in 400 kt/a sulfuric acid plant has achieved maintenance-free for five years.
