Gamma钉与Ender钉治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：[目的]评价Gamma钉和Ender钉这两种髓内系统治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折的疗效。[方法]对Gamma钉和Ender钉治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折的病例进行分析。[结果]69例病人随访半年以上,Gamma钉组髋关节功能优良率85.7%,Ender钉组髋关节功能优良率60.4%。[结论]Gamma钉手术切口较长,出血较多,但是Camma钉组显示了良好的髋、膝关节功能,是治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折较好的手术方法。但是对超高龄并有重要脏器功能不全患者,不宜使用Camma钉,而Ender钉是比较好的内固定方法。[ Objective ] To evaluate the effect of the treatment of the unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture with Ender nailing and Gamma nailing. [ Method ] The effect of the treatment of the unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture with Ender nailing and Gamma nailing were compared. [ Result] A total of 69 cases of the unstable intertrochanteric fracture were followed up for over half a year. The satisfactory rate of hip joint was 85.7% in the Gamma nail group, and 60.4% in the Ender nail group. [ Conclusion] Larger incision and more intraoperative bleeding were recorded in the Gamma nail group, but it showed better function of hip and knee and a lower rate of operative complications. So it is a good method in the treatment of the unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture. However, it is still dangerous to apply in the elderly patients accompanied with certain vital problems. For these patients the Ender nail may be considered.
