风湿免疫疾病患者核素骨显像的意义

摘　　要：目的:了解放射性核素骨显像在风湿免疫疾病患者中的应用价值。方法:122例患者均行常规全身骨显像及局部骨关节静态及断层显像。结果:122例患者中骨显像阳性90例,阳性率73.7%,骨肿瘤16例,阳性率1.11%。结论:放射性核素骨显像在风湿免疫疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断中有一定的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the value of radionuclide bone imaging in the diagnosis of the rheumatism. Methods： Whole body imaging and regional imaging and tomography were performed in 122 patients with rheumatism. Results： Abnormal images were observed in 90 cases of 122 patients, and the total rate of coincidence was 73.7%. Sixteen cases were proved to be osteoma, and the positive rate was 1.11%. Conclusions： Radionuclide bone imaging possesses important clinical value in diagnosing and distinguishing rheumatism.
