摘　　要：目的探讨超声在评价手部肌腱断裂修复术后肌腱粘连中的应用价值。方法应用高频超声对350例外伤性肌腱断裂修复术后的肌腱进行观察,其中男性210例,女性140例。将超声观察结果与实际手指功能状态及松解手术术中所见进行对照,根据肌腱吻合处的滑动度及超声特点,将肌腱粘连程度大致划分为三个等级:轻度粘连、中度粘连和重度粘连。结果350例外伤性肌腱断裂修复术后,轻度粘连40例,中度粘连190例,重度粘连120例。结论超声可对肌腱的粘连程度进行量化评价,为临床治疗提供准确的诊断依据。Objective To discuss the significance of ultrasonic evaluation of the adhesion degree after hand tendon tenorrhaphy. Methods The tendon after tenorrhaphy in 350 patients were observed, including 210 men and 140 women, and were compared with the actual functions of fingers and the results of operation. Results According to the sliding range of suture and the ultrasonic characteristics, the adhesion degree of tendons were divided into three grades： high-grade （120 cases）, middle-grade （190 cases） and low grade （40 cases） .Conclusions Ultrasound can evaluate the adhesion degree of the tendons quantitated, and can afford an accurate basis for the clinical treatment.
