高频超声在上肢外周神经损伤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声对外周神经损伤的诊断价值。方法用高频超声检查了15例正常上肢外周神经及8例术前上肢外周神经损伤患者。结果正常外周神经纵切面超声表现为中等条索状,内有线性平行回声,横切面呈圆形,内有点状回声,2例外周神经完全损伤,连续性中断,近端形成损伤性神经瘤。6例外周神经部分损伤,连续性部分中断,部分近端形成神经瘤。结论高频超声对外周神经损伤能提供新的影像诊断方法。Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasonography in peripheral nerve trauma. Methods Fifteen healthy volunteers and 8 patients with upper limb peripheral nerve trauma before operation were examined with high frequency ultrasonography. Results The peripheral nerve of the normal upper limb appeared as tubular echogenic structure with parallel linear echoes on long axis views and as a round echogenic structure with punctiform echoes on transverse views. Nerves were damaged completely with proximate traumatic neuroma, in 2 cases were damaged partly with proximate traumatic neuroma in 6 cases. Conclusions High frequency ultrasonography is of great value in noninvasive diagnosis of peripheral nerve trauma lesions.
