摘  要:不同寄主尖孢镰刀菌β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性具有明显差别,β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性变化范围为8.7477-21.8007 U。各种瓜类作物尖孢镰刀菌的β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性差异较大;非瓜类作物的尖孢镰刀菌的β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性变化依次为斑兜>番茄>豌豆>辣椒。从瓜类作物上分离的尖孢镰刀菌的β-D-葡萄糖苷酶活性(平均值为13.8199 U)比非瓜类作物的高(平均值为9.6132 U)。The activity of β-D-glucosidase were different in Fusarium oxysporum isolated from different hosts. The range of changes was from 8.7477 U to 21.8007 U. There was much difference among the Fusarium oxysporum isolated from different melons. The change of activity of β-D-glucosidase among the Fusarium oxysporum isolated from other hosts was paphiopedilum 〉 tomato 〉 pea 〉 capsicum. The average activity of β-D-glucosidase of Fusarium oxysporum isolated from different melons ( 13.8199 U) was higher than that from other crops (9.6132 U).
