摘　　要：从探讨地理标志保护的概念出发,分析了福建水果地理保护的现状,提出加强宣传、提高认识,积极进行资源调查、准确界定申请使用条件和专用权范围等战略措施以切实做好保护工作。Based on the discussion of the concept of geographic mark protection, current status of geographic protection of fruits in Fujian is analyzed. Accordingly the strategic measures are proposed as follows, to strengthen publicity and enhance the understandings, to actively carry on the resources investigation, and to accurately define the conditions of applying for use and the range of exclusive use rights, so as to well-handle the protection.
