摘　　要：引入与利率因素有关的利率水平高低与利差大小因素,结合租金效应一并对我国居民储蓄的增长问题进行分析,我们得出结论:租金效应一直是我国居民储蓄增长的重要影响效应,虽然利率效应的强度在逐渐上升,但作用强度还不够。Introducing interest-rate-related factors of interest-rate level and interest-rate differential and taking account of rent effect, this paper analyzes household savings growth in China. The results show that rent effect has been an important influencing effect of household savings increase, though interest-rate effect has gradually risen in intensity, but it still lacks enough strength.
