二溴邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯光度法测定微量Cu（Ⅱ）的研究

摘　　要：本文报道了新显色剂二溴邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯（ＤＢ－Ｏ－ＣＤＡＡ）与铜（Ⅱ）的显色反应及分析应用，研究结果表明，在ＴｒｔｉｏｎＸ－１００的存在下，于ｐＨ１０．０的Ｎａ２Ｂ４Ｏ７－ＮａＯＨ缓冲介质中，Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）与试剂形成１：２的红色配合物，配合物λｍａｘ＝５３０ｎｍ，表观摩尔吸光系数为１．０８×１０＾５Ｌ／ｍｏｌ．ｃｍ，铜量在０－０．３２μｇ／ｍＬ，范围内遵循比尔定律。The highly sensitive and selective color reaction of Dibromocarboxylbenzenediazoaminoazobe nzene (DB-O-CDAA) with copper(Ⅱ) has been studied. The results show that in the presence of triton X-100 and at pH 10. 0 borax butter solution, the reagent reacts with copper to form a red complex with a molar ratio of 1 : 2 ,which has a maximum absorption at 530nm,the molar absoaptivity is 1. 08 × 10￣5L/mol·cm. Beer' s law is obeyed for copper in the range of 0-0. 32μg Cu/mL. The method has been applied to determination of trace copper in alloy and synthetic watersamples with satisfactory results.
