三种类型空气消毒器消毒效果观察

摘  要:目的:观察3种不同的空气消毒器的空气消毒效果.方法:用定量试验法,在实验室和现场不同消毒因子协同作用下对空气中微生物的杀灭效果进行研究.结果:在试验温度20℃~25℃、相对湿度55%~65%的条件下,空气消毒器A开机作用45 min,对20 m3密闭房间空气中人工喷染的白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为100.00%,在70 m3房间里作用90 min空气中自然菌的消亡率为92.16%;在基本相同的试验条件下,空气消毒器B对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.98%,空气中自然菌的消亡率为95.81%;同样条件下空气消毒器C对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.98%,在100 m3房间里作用90 min空气中自然菌的消亡率为92.61%.结论:3种空气消毒器对实验室人工喷染的试验菌和现场自然菌均有较好的杀灭作用.Objective: In order to know the synergetic affection of gas plasma with ultraviolet radiation, negative eon generator and light-catalysis. Method: We observed the efficacy of aerosol quantitative bacteria-eliminating test. Result: It showed that with the temperatures of 20℃ to 25℃ and with the relative humidity of 55% to 65% , the A type of gas plasma and negative eon generator in 20m^2 airtight room for 30 min could eliminate 100.00% of candida albicans; elimination rate of natural bacteria in 70m^2 room for 90 min was 92. 16%. With the same conditions the B type of gas plasma and light-atalysis could eliminate 99.98% of candida albicans, elimination rate of natural bacteria was 95.81%. It was the same for C type of gas plasma with the light-cataly sis and ultraviolet radiation could eliminate 99. 98% of candida albicans, the rate of elimination for natural bacteria in 100m^3 room for 90min was 92.61%. Conclusion: It showed that the synergetic affections had strong efficacy in eliminating the spraying bacteria and the natural, bacteria in air.
