森吉米尔轧机的板形控制

摘　　要：结合硅钢生产实际,从现场检测分析入手,寻找实际轧制过程中森吉米尔轧机的板形变化规律,建立了多辊系弹性变形仿真模型,通过对各种条件下辊系变形规律的分析,揭示了森吉米尔轧机的板形控制特性。This article investigated the actual rolling process of silicon steel sheet mill of WISCO. Strip shape change principals of Sendzimir Mill were found on the basis of spot testing and analyzing. At the same time,a multi-roll system deformation model was estabilished. Sendzimir mill＇ s control characteristics of strip shape was uncovered from analysis on deformation principals of its roll system under various work conditions.
