摘 要:在提出皂素工业COD排放限值的基础上,进行了氨氮标准限值的研究.实验室试验的结果表明,厌氧处理后的皂素综合废水在好氧系统硝化的第4~6日后才降至120 mg/L以下;工业性试验现场的最好硝化结果,好氧出水的氨氮的质量浓度可达120 mg/L左右.建议对皂素工业现行生产工艺废水中氨氮排放质量浓度限值规定为120 mg/L,总量限值为60 kg/t产品.The research of standard limited value of NH3--N was made on the basis of limited value of COD discharge from wastewater of saponin industry. From the result of trial in lab, it showed that NH3-N in saponin wastewater treated by anaerobic reactor just fell to less than 120 mg/L in aerobic nitrification system after among 4 and 6 days; The best effect of nitrification in industrial trial showed that the concentration of NH3--N reached up to around 120 mg/L. It is advisable that the limited value of NH3-- N discharge in wastewater generated from current saponin process techniques should be 120 mg/L, and its total limited value should be 60 kg/t product.
