摘　　要：介绍了爪形罩的成形工艺及注射模结构,为解决塑件的内外两侧抽芯,外侧采用斜导柱抽芯,内抽芯采用分体型芯,四个爪孔型芯采用出模后专用工具抽芯,提高了塑件的注塑生产效率.The technological process for forming the claw -shaped cover and the structure of the injection mould are introduced. The structure with a double- slanted slide was used for the mould to realize automatic inner -pulling and reposition. The cores for forming claws were taken out artificially. The production efficiency of the claw -shaped cover has been increased.
