摘　　要：非水毛细管电泳经历了飞速地发展,研究的范围也在不断地扩大,涵盖了基础研究和分析运用两个方面.非水毛细管电泳在理论、研究方法、技术挑战都引起了人们的注意.在有关运用方面的文献中,非水毛细管电泳法所做出的成绩更是不可磨灭.本文对2000年以来非水毛细管电泳应用的研究进展进行了综述.Nonaqueous capiliary electrophoresis is undergoing rapid development. The scope of the investigations has cleasly expanded, covering both basic studies and analytical applications. This review provides a comprehensive overview at the current status of the technique. Special attention is given to theoretical, methodological, and technical challenges, and the achievements of capillary electrophoresis in nonaqueous media are demonstrated with reference to recent applications.
