摘　　要：本文以商业时代特征的分析及流通与市场关系的论述为出发点,从新的角度来重新审视流通。分析了流通在经济均衡发展中的作用,以及制度在流通发展中的重要意义。此外,本文还具体研究了流通的量化标准流通能力模型,以此来进一步深化对流通的认识。From the points of the character of commercial age and the relation between circulation and market, we begin to recognize circulation from a new point. In the paper, we analyze the role of circulation in economy development in balance, and the importance of regulation to circulation. Besides, we study the quantifying model of circulation ability, so that we can deepen the knowledge on circulation.
