GC测定痛瘀消散贴中冰片和樟脑的含量

摘　　要：目的:采用GC测定痛瘀消散贴中冰片和樟脑的含量.方法:石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.28mm,0.32μm,聚甲基硅油,HP-5),FID检测器,检测温度250℃,进样口温度200℃,分流比10.0:1.结果:冰片以龙脑计,龙脑在0.0897～0.5384μg范围内,龙脑与内标物的峰面积比值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为96.47%;樟脑在0.0950～0.5702μg范围内,樟脑与内标物的峰面积比值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为1 00.02%.结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制.Objective： To analyze the amount of borneol syntheticum and camphor in Tongyuxiao Santie. Method： GC assay was used with quartz micro-column, nitrogen as carder. Result： Linear regression examination is used for the assay, it indicates that a good linear relationship, borneol syntheticum is in the range of 0.0897-0.5384μg, camphor is in the range of 0.0950-0.5702μg. Conclusion： After accuracy test ,stability test and retrieve rate test, and assay for the amount in the test sample, it indicates that the method applied is good in repeatability .It may provide a reference method for drug quality control.
