摘 要:研究在10 L聚合釜中由TiCl4/MgCl2负载型催化剂催化合成高反式丁二烯-异戊二烯共聚橡胶时,聚合转化率对共聚物的组成、结构和性能的影响。结果表明,丁二烯/异戊二烯的初始摩尔比为0.2时,随着聚合转化率的升高,聚合物中丁二烯单元的平均组成下降;不同聚合转化率下共聚物丁二烯单元中反式1,4-结构摩尔分数均大于0.98,异戊二烯单元中反式1,4-结构摩尔分数均大于0.97,聚合转化率对共聚物的微观结构没有明显影响。聚合转化率提高使共聚物生胶拉伸强度提高,拉断伸长率和硬度变化不大;聚合转化率为60%的硫化胶具有良好的综合性能。The effect of the conversion rate on the composition, micro-structure and properties of high trans-butadiene-isoprene copolymer rubber, which was synthesized in a 10 L autoclave using TiCl4/MgCl2 as supported catalyst, was investigated. It was found that when the initial mole ratio of butadiene/isoprene was 0.2,the average mole fraction of butadiene unit in copolymer decreased as the conversion rate increased; the conversion rate had little effect on the micro-structure of copolymer,and the mole fraction of the trans-1,4-structure in butadiene unit was always greater than 0. 98 and that in isoprene unit was always greater than 0.97 at different conversion rates; the greater conversion rate gave the improved tensile strength of raw copolymer, but similar elongation at break and hardness; and a vulcanizate with excellent comprehensive properties was obtained when the copolymer was synthesized at 60% conversion rate.
