摘 要:通过对大冶诺兰达炉渣结晶的研究,了解了渣包中磁铁矿及冰铜的分布情况;对磁铁矿晶体生长及富集进行了探索试验研究,对今后诺兰达炉渣的研究具有一定的参考价值;对渣包内温度的检测为渣包缓冷制度提供了依据。建议渣泡冷却应采取缓冷后再加水急冷,以保持冰铜结晶长大,以利于后续磨矿作业。According to the research on crystallizing of Nolanda furnace slag in Dave Nonferrous Metal Corporation, the distribution of magnetite and matte in slag ladles is found out, and the experimental investigations on the crystal growth and the enrichment of magnetite are carried out, which gives references to the further research on Nolanda furnace slag and provides a base for measuring temperature in the slag ladles and working out slow cooling system of the slag ladles. It is suggested that the slag ladles should be quickly cooled bv water after slow cooling, so as to make the matte erystal grow, which will be beneficial for the successive grinding operation.
