摘 要:对树脂离子排斥法用于分离生物质水解液中酸和糖的多种操作因素进行了研究。通过实验考察了 252Na,15Wet,D001,XAD,DOWEX C,JK006等树脂用于酸糖分离的行为,选定DOWEN C作为分离系统的树 脂。研究结果表明,较高的操作温度,树脂床高度和较低的流速都有利于分离。通过进一步强化操作条件可较 好地进行酸糖分离,为离子排斥法用于生物质水解液的糖酸分离的中试提供了设计参数。The development of separation of Acid and Sugar necessary and feasible to cut the cost of hydrolysis of biomass. Some related factors on separation using ion exclusion resins were studied. An experiment on behavior of 252Na, 15Wet, D001, XAD, DOWEX C, JK006 resins were performed, and DOWEX C was chosen to using resin of separation. Results indicated that higher temperature, height of resin column and lower flow rate are good for separation of sugar and acid. Through more optimized operation conditions, the process of the separation acid and sugar is proceed effectively.
