摘 要:对肉用型乌鸡与快大型乌鸡进行了对比试验.结果表明:肉用型乌鸡各周龄日增重均比快大型乌鸡高,差异显著(p<0.05);肉用型乌鸡的屠宰率、胸肌率、腿肌率均比快大型高,差异显著(p<0.05)或极显著(p<0.01);0~90日龄肉用型乌鸡的成活率为95.63%,而快大型乌鸡的成活率为85.36%,差异极显著(p<0.01);0~90日龄肉用型乌鸡的饲料转化率为2.96,而快大型乌鸡为3.02.Comparative study on meat production between meat-type Silkies and huge large-tpye silkies was conducted. The result indicated that the per week daily gain was significant (p〈0.05) than the huge large type silkies. The dressing percent, breast meat percent and leg meat percent of meat-type silkies etc were very significant (p〈0.01) or significant (p〈0.05) than huge Large-type silkies. The livability rate of meat type silkies and huge large type silkies between 0-90 days was separately 95. 63 percent and 85. 36 percent. The feed conversion rate of meat--type silkies and large-type silkies between 0-90 days wese separately 2.96 and 3.02.
