摘 要:目的:探讨热性惊厥儿童的发作次数与脑电图的关系。方法:对436例热性惊厥儿童的发热原因、发作次数及脑电图表现进行分析。结果:286例热性惊厥儿童有明确病因,分别为呼吸道感染212例,消化道感染74例,原因不详150例。热性惊厥发作1-2次者154例,脑电图异常60例,其中30例出现癎样放电;发作3-4次者72例,脑电图异常56例,其中36例出现癎样放电;发作5次以上者210例,脑电图异常202例,其中150例出现癎样放电。结论:脑电图异常率随发作次数的增多而逐渐增高;发作次数越多,脑电图出现癎样放电的机会越多。Objective: To study the relation between the frequency of febrile convulsion and the EEG. Methods: 436 children with febrile convulsion were studied, including their disease cause, frequency of febrile convulsion and EEG. Results: 286 cases had clear cause, the disease cause of 212 cases were respiratory tract infection, 74 cases were infection of digestive canal and 150 cases was unclear. 60 casess EEG were abnormal in 154 cases whose febrile convulsion occurred 1 or 2 times in all, among them 30 cases had epileptic EEG. 56 casess EEG were abnormal in 72 cases whose febrile convulsion occurred 3 or 4 times in all, among them 36 cases had epileptic EEG. And 202 casess EEG were abnormal in the rest 210 cases whose febrile convulsion occurred more than 5 times in all, among them 150 cases, had epileptic EEG. Conclusions: The abnormal rate of EEG increased with the frequency of febrile convulsion increased, the febrile convulsion was frequent, the opportunity of epileptiform discharge of EEG was more.
