摘  要:目的:测定大鼠脑三叉神经诱发电位潜伏期的正常值,建立本实验室脑三叉神经诱发电位正常值数据库。方法:采用诱发电位仪,双侧刺激记录大鼠脑三叉神经诱发电位。结果:大鼠脑三叉神经诱发电位波形主要有四个波,T1、T2、T3、T4,潜伏期分别是0.7880±0.1139、1.2467 ±0.1314、1.8265±0.3703、2.5123±0.5968;左右两侧各个相应波潜伏期的样本均数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:该方法大鼠脑三叉神经诱发电位正常值较为稳定,可以采用同体双侧对比实验, 为进一步研究病理状态下脑三叉神经诱发电位的变化等,提供了一定的实验依据。Objective: To determine normal latency of brain trigeminal nerve evoked potentials in rat, and establish the databank of brain trigeminal nerve evoked potentials. Method: Trigeminal nerve was directly stimulated in rats by the evoked potential instrument, and got brain trigeminal nerve evoked potentials with both - sides record. Results: It contains four main waves, T1 , T2 , T3 , T4 , in the brain trigeminal nerve evoked potentials in rat, and their latencies are 0. 7880 ± 0. 1139, 1. 2467± 0. 1314, 1. 8265±0. 3703, 2. 5123±0. 5968. There is not a significant difference (P 〉 0. 05) between the wave samples of the left and right groups. Conclusion: This method can take on the better stability with normal latencies of brain trigeminal nerve evoked potentials in rat, can adopt both - sides contrast test in a case, it will be helpful to investigate the brain trigeminal nerve evoked potentials in pathological state.
