摘　　要：“非市场经济地位”是我国出口产品遭遇反倾销的主要原因,严重影响了我国的国际贸易的顺利进行。从“非市场经济地位”的内涵出发,阐述了对我国遭遇反倾销的不利影响,并介绍了我国争取市场经济地位的进展情况。China has become the membership of WTO for three years, China still has the non-market economy status, which became the biggest obstacle of encountering Countervailing for export products and severely impacted on the development of our country＇s international trade. Focuses on the connotation of non-market economy status, sets forth the bad influences of encountering countervailing due to the non-market economy status, and introduces the new situation of getting market economy status.
