摘 要:以钛酸丁酯和乙酸钡为主要原料,以乙二醇甲醚为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法成功合成了BaTi2O5纳米粉体.在空气中以600 ℃~1 200 ℃的几个不同温度下焙烧凝胶得到不同粒径的纳米粉体.用DTA-TG表征其凝胶到结晶的转变过程,由XRD表征其晶相,通过TEM考察其粒度和形貌,用激光粒度分布测试仪测试其粒径分布并与TEM结果比较,并对粉体的烧结性能和介电性能进行了研究.BaTi2O5 nano- powders were prepared susuessfully by Sol- Gel technique using ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as solvert barium acetate and titanium tetrabutocxide as precursor. The nano - powders with different diameters were obtained after the gel was sintered for 2 h with different temperatures from 600 ℃ to 1 200 ℃. The synthesis was investigated by DTA - TG, the nanocrystallline structure was characterized by XRD,the size and morphology were tested by TEM, the diameter distributions were determined by laser particle analyzer,and the result were compared with TEM. The sintering and dielectric properties were also studied.
