摘  要:目的探讨脉压(PP)与代谢综合征组分及其靶器官损害的关系。方法283例高血压、糖尿病或代谢综合征患者用动态血压计测定PP,分析PP与体重指数(BMI)、血压、血糖、血脂的关系;同时测定165例患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(I MT)、283例左室质量指数(LVMI)和尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)作为判断是否存在代谢综合征靶器官损害的指标,分析PP与I MT、LVMI和UAER的关系。结果PP随着代谢综合征组成成分BMI、收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)的升高而升高,相关分析显示PP与BMI、SBP、FBG呈正相关,回归分析示BMI、SBP始终与PP有密切关系;PP与I MT、LVMI、UAER呈正相关,当PP升高时,可增加代谢综合征靶器官损害的程度和范围。结论PP不仅与代谢综合征组成成分相关,而且与靶器管损害程度密切联系。Objective To determine the association of pulse pressure (PP) and target organs damages in patients with the metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods Two hundred eight-three participants were included. The criteria of MS was defined by modified NCEP-ATP Ⅲ. PP, BMI, fasting lipids and blood glucose (FBG), left ventricular mass index (LVMI), intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery and urinary albumin excretion rate UAER) were measured. Results Higher level of BMI, SBP and FBG was associated with higher PP. Greater PP was positively related to the amounts of MS components such as BMI, SBP and FBG. Logistic regression showed a direct and consistent relationship between BMI, SBP and PP and a positive correlation between PP and IMT, LVMI, UAER. Conclusion The data indicated that PP was closely related to the clustering of the components of MS and its target organ damages.
