摘  要:采用原位合成技术,用溶胶凝胶法制备了稀土离子(Eu3+)、β-二酮及协同体共掺的二氧化硅玻璃,测量了它们的发射光谱和红外光谱,并进行了XRD和SEM测试。探讨各不同成分原位合成稀土有机配合物在二氧化硅玻璃中的发光性能及热处理温度对发光性能的影响。结果表明,在凝胶玻璃中掺入能级较匹配的β-二酮,可以使稀土离子的荧光增强;协同体的引用也能不同程度地使稀土离子的荧光增强,为今后制备荧光较强的含Eu的SiO2凝胶玻璃提供了一定的依据。Silica glass materials doped with rare earth-β-diketone-synergic agents were prepared by in situ sol-gel method. XRD and SEM measurements were performed to verify the non-crystalline structure of the glass. The emission spectra and IR spectra were measured to analyze the influence of the glass contents on the structure of the glass and the energy level of the doped Eu( Ⅲ ) ions. Heat-treatment on the photoluminesscence properties of rare earth organic complex in silica glass was also investigated. The IR spectra indicated that the in situ synthesized europium complex molecule was confined to the micropores of the host and the vibration of the ligands was frozen. When appropriate kinds of β-diketone were added, the luminescence intensity of ^5D0-^7F2 transition emission of the Eu^3 + ions (609 nm) was improved. Synergic agents could also enhance the luminescence intensity at rome degrees. The results provided some basis to manufacture high luminescence silica gel glasses in the future.
