摘  要:三叶委陵菜为多年草本植物,分布于华东、华中、西南地区的山坡草地,具有清热解毒之功效,民间以其根草或全草入药。实验采用分步逐级提取的方式从三叶委陵菜中分离多种组分,从中分离2个纯粹结晶,通过UVI、R、MS、1H-NMR1、3C-NMR等现代测试手段研究了2种晶体的物理化学性质并鉴定了它们的化学结构,证实结晶Ⅰ是已知化合物β-谷甾醇,结晶Ⅱ是已知化合物胡萝卜甙。A perennial herb of the rose family, potentilla freyniana bornm is distributed in central China, east China and south-west China. Its rhizome or the whole herb is used as medicine and tastes puckery as it' s bitter by nature. Some components were extracted from potentilla freyniana bornm with different solvents. Two crystals were attained from silica gel column chromatograplic method. Their physical property and chemical property were investigated by modern analytical instruments, and their chemical structures were identified according to UV, IR, MS, ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, they were known as β-sitosterol and daucosterd.
