摘 要:根据热重分析结果,采用高温固相反应合成了2种作为锌空气电池氧气还原催化剂的La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅰ、La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅱ,X射线衍射分析结果表明La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅰ、La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅱ都是钙钛矿型结构。采用恒电流放电曲线和循环伏安测试,研究了它们在9 mol/L KOH溶液中的电化学性能,结果表明该钙钛矿型催化剂La0.6Ca0.4CoO3是一种良好的空气(氧)电极催化剂,而且催化剂La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅱ的性能要比La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅰ的性能好,La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅱ的放电容量是La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅰ的1.2倍。By the result of thermogravimetric (TG) analysis of the composition, two kinds of perovskite type La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅰ , La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅱ as the catalyst for oxygen reduction in air electrode was investigated by solid state redox action at high temperature. The results examined by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) show that them are perovskite type structure. Constant current discharge and cyclic voltammetry of them in 9 mol/L KOH were tested. The results show that the perovskit type catalyst (La0.6Ca0.4CoO3) is an excellent catalyst for zinc-air (oxygen) battery, and the properties of catalysts La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅱ are better than that of La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅰ , such as the discharge capacity, the discharge capacity of La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅱis 1.2 times of the discharge capacity of La0.6Ca0.4CoO3Ⅰ .
