摘　　要：本文根据本馆改革实践,指出改革是事业发展永恒的主题,提出了图书馆深化改革需坚持的原则和应明确的几个问题。The paper points out that the reform is eternal theme for the undertaking development accord- ing to the library reform practice and also proposes the principle in deepening library reform and problems to be cleared.
