摘　　要：网上咨询台是现代图书馆一个重要的读者服务窗口。各高校图书馆越来越重视网络咨询业务的开展,并展现出广阔的发展前景。Online consulting is an important window to the modern libraries readers＇ service. Every college libraries pay more and more attention to develop the service for consulting on Internet, and emerge the vast and growing prospects.
