摘　　要：探讨了Lyocell织物TOP+C染整工艺,即Tencel纤维氧化前处理+烧碱处理中各工序的工艺原理,介绍了工艺流程,并就该工艺的染色前半成品质量、染色深度、起毛情况、成品擦伤及折痕、成品织物强力、气流机耗用时间与常规工艺进行了比较。试验结果表明,TOP+C染整工艺对原纤化、去原纤化及二次原纤化等加工,较常规工艺有着明显的优势。The mechanism and process of TOP ＋ C process for Lyocell fabric dyeing and finishing was discussed. The comparison between TOP ＋ C process and conventional process was done, concerning the quality of semi-finished goods, dyeing depth, pilling, crease mark and strength of end product etc. Based on trials, the TOP ＋ C process has significant advantages in processing peach-skin fabric, particular in fibrillation, defibrillation and secondary fibrillation.
