壳聚糖对棉针织物的抗菌整理研究

摘　　要：用壳聚糖和柠檬酸对纯棉针织物进行抗菌整理,并对整理织物的抗菌效果进行测试,用整理后的织物制成内裤试穿5个月后观察其效果。同时,实验了壳聚糖与柠檬酸混合试剂对织物防皱性能的影响以及不同浓度的壳聚糖对染色织物色光的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖对纯棉针织物不仅具有一定的抗菌效果,而且经整理的织物色光无明显变化,与柠檬酸混合试剂整理织物,可缓解泛黄现象、提高强力保留率且无甲醛释放。In this paper, the chitosan and citric acid are applied to pure cotton knitted fabric for anti- bacteria treatment, the fabric after treatment is tested, and then 5 months of try- on is made to the underwear made of the treated fabric. At the same time, the influence of the mixed reagent of chitosan and citric on the wrinkle resistant properties of the fabric is studied, and also the influence of the chitosan with different concentration on the shade color of the dyed fabric is investigated. The experimental results show that the chi- tosan not only improves the anti- bacteria properties but also has no effects on the shade color. In addition, the mixed reagent of chi- tosan and citric can abate the yellowing phenomenon and increase the strength retain rate with no emission of formaldehyde.
