非扩髓交锁髓内钉在治疗四肢长骨骨干骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估非扩髓交锁髓内钉应用于四肢长骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对2002年9月￣2004年11月收治的65例四肢长骨骨折采用非扩髓交锁髓内钉治疗。52例得到随访并进行影像学观察和疗效评定,随访时间是6～23个月(平均14个月)。结果随访的52例无主钉弯曲、断裂现象,骨折全部愈合,愈合率100%。邻近关节功能按各自关节的评分标准,达优良等级的患者有共有45例。结论非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长骨骨折具有创伤小、固定确实、骨折愈合率高等优点,是治疗四肢长骨骨折的理想方法。[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect in treatment of extremities long bone faetures with unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail. [Method] 65 cases of extremities long bone factures were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail from September 2002 to November 2004. 52 cases were followed up by clinical review and radiograph,ranging from 6 months to 23 months （14 months on average）. [Result] All 52 cases who were followed up were healed. There was no nail bended and broken. All fracture healed,healing rate was 100%. According to near joints function score, 45 eases were excellent or good. [Conclusion] Unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of extremities long bone faetures has the advantage of less trauma,steady fixation and high union rate. This is a reasonable method in the treatment of extremities long bone faetures.
