摘　　要：用一种非对称零标架研究了Vaidya-Bonner-de S itter黑洞的D irac方程,对所得方程的各项系数进行了讨论,得出了黑体谱、Hawk ing温度与视界表面引力.We have researched the Dirac particle of Vaidya-Bonner-de Sitter black hole and the quantum thermal radiation by anti-symmetry null tetrad, and analyzed on the coefficient of each item, and gained the radial spectum, the Hawing temperature, the event horizon and the surface gravity.
