摘 要:介绍一种新型的内置钢构架钢骨混凝土转换梁,并结合某高层建筑结构工程实例,从承载力、刚度等力学性能以及施工便利、经济效果等方面进行了分析.工程应用实例表明,该内置钢构架钢骨混凝土转换梁是一种承载力高、延性好、经济效果显著的新型梁构件,它不仅可以用在高层建筑结构转换层上,还可以推广应用到其他大跨重载结构中.Based on the engineering design of a tall building structure in Guangzhou, a new type of SRC transfer beam, the inner steel frame reinforced steel-concrete composite transfer beam, is introduced. The paper mainly discussed how to meet the requirements of mechanical behaviors of the beam such as bearing capacity, rigidity and so on, and the needs of function of the building, construction, economic character and so on. The engineering application shows that the inner steel truss reinforced steel-concrete composite transfer beam is a kind of safe and economic transfer member with high bearing capacity, which can be applied extensively to other long span heavy structures.
