摘  要:研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫及外源ABA、GA3处理对黄瓜幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:NaCl胁迫下,黄瓜幼苗叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)先升高后降低、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性降低,叶片膜脂过氧化产物内二醛(MDA)含最增高,质膜透性增大。外源ABA、GA3能显著提高黄瓜幼苗叶片POD、CAT、SOD的活性,降低叶片MDA的积累和质膜透性,有效缓解盐胁迫引起的黄瓜幼苗叶片细胞的膜脂过氧化。三组浓度的ABA、GA3均能显著缓解盐害。Effects on membrane-lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activities of cucumber seedlings under different concentration of NaCl stress and ABA, GA were investigated. The results showed that under NaCl stress POD activity raised firstly and then decreased; CAT activity and SOD activity declineded. The content of MDA and membrane preability increased. Treated with ABA or GA3 the POD, CAT and SOD activity of cucumber seedlings increased significantly and the MDA accumulation and membrane preability decreased, therefore, the membrane-lipid peroxidation caused by salt stress had been mitigated. All the three groups of ABA, GA3 concentration could alleviate salt injury significantly.
