耐擦洗环保乳胶漆的研究

摘　　要：合成叔碳酸乙烯酯(VeoVa)-醋酸乙烯(VAc)共聚乳液,着重研究VeoVa用量、聚合温度和时间、乳化剂用量、保护胶用量对乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明,在聚合温度75～80℃、反应时间2～3小时条件下,在VeoVa含量为20%左右,在乳化剂含量为3%,保护胶含量为0.2%时,乳液具有稳定性好、耐水性高的优点。以叔醋共聚乳液为基料配制的内墙乳胶漆具有低VOC、环保、耐擦洗的特点。Copolymer emulsion of VeoVa-VAc was synthesized. Effects of contents of VeoVa, emulsifier, protective colloid, temperature and time of polymerization on emulsion performance were emphatically investigated. Testing results showed that the emulsion was of good stability and high water repellency at polymerization temperature of 75℃-80℃, reaction time of 2-3 hrs, VeoVa content of about 20%, emulsifier content of 3% and protective colloid content of 0.2%. The latex paint for interior wall prepared with copolymer emulsion of VeoVa-VAc as matrix made features of low VOC, environmental protection and good scrubbing resistance.
