摘 要:研究了聚羧酸系减水剂与萘系减水剂在水泥-水体系中的吸附情况,以及两种减水剂复合后对体系ζ电位的影响。试验结果表明,聚羧酸系减水剂的饱和吸附量和饱和掺量都比萘系减水剂低;复合减水剂的ζ电位低于萘系减水剂,但复合减水剂ζ电位随时间的降低程度低于萘系减水剂。本文对复合减水剂的吸附规律和作用机理也进行了分析。Study was made of adsorption of polycarboxylate-based water reducer and naphthalene-based water reducer in cement-water system as well as effects of these two water reducers after compounding on ξ potential. Testing results indicated that both saturated adsorbance and saturated dosage of polycarboxylate-based water reducer were lower than those of naphthalene-based water reducer, ξ potential of compounded superplasticizer was lower than that of naphthalene-based water reducer yet ξ potential of compounded superplasticizer became lower along with time decrease than that of naphthalene-based water reducer, Adsorotion law and effect mechanism of compounded superplasticizer was also analyzed.
