摘　　要：We characterize the lattice of all ideals of a Morita ring （semigroup） when the corresponding pair of rings （semigroups） in the Morita context are Morita equivalent s-unital （like-unitv） rings （semigroups）.We characterize the lattice of all ideals of a Morita ring （semigroup） when the corresponding pair of rings （semigroups） in the Morita context are Morita equivalent s-unital （like-unitv） rings （semigroups）.
