摘　　要：目的探讨金龙胶囊的免疫调节作用。方法对32例SARS患者随机分为治疗组(标准治疗方案加金龙胶囊)12例和对照组(标准治疗方案)20例,观察其治疗时间、临床症状改善率和对外周血T细胞亚群的影响。结果治疗组患者治疗时间较对照组短(P<0.05);临床症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者CD4/CD8T细胞比值由治疗前1.69降至1.41。结论金龙胶囊联合四联标准救治方案治疗SARS,可以恢复Th/Ts系统平衡,具有免疫调节作用。Objective To study the effect of immune modulation of JinLong Capsules. Methods 32 cases of SARS were randomly divided into the treatment group （12 cases） and the control group （20 cases）, patients in the treatment group received combined standard regimen and Jinlong Capsules, cases in the control group were treated with standard regimen alone. Treatment duration and the rate of symptom improvement were observed, and the peripheral blond T cell subsets were measured. Results Treatment duration in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The rate of symptom improvement was markedly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The ratio of CD4/CD8 T cells in treatment group was reduced to 1.41 after treatment from 1.69 before treatment. Conclusions Combined JinLong Capsules and Standard regimen can restore the Th/Ts balance in SARS patients, and Jinlong Capsule has the effect of immune modulation.
