金龙胶囊对艾滋病病毒感染者的治疗作用(附20例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨金龙胶囊对艾滋病病毒感染者的免疫增强作用。方法对20例艾滋病病毒感染者予金龙胶囊,分为小剂量组(15例,每日9个胶囊)和大剂量组(5例,每日12个胶囊),连续服用3个月,治疗前后测定患者的病毒载量和CD4淋巴细胞计数。结果治疗后,病毒载量除3例减少>0.5log,8例上升>0.5log以外,其余均<±0.5log,无明显变化;CD4细胞计数:治疗后80%小剂量组的CD4细胞计数自(0.1864±0.1109)×109/L升至(0.3007±0.1646)×109/L,平均升高(0.1143±0.1547)×109/L;大剂量组自(0.2572±0.1276)×109/L降为(0.2424±0.1613)×109/L,平均下降(0.1480±0.1204)×109/L。结论金龙胶囊可增强艾滋病病毒感染者的免疫功能,但无明显的抑制艾滋病病毒作用。Objective To observe the effect of immuno-enhancement in treating HIV-infected patient with Jinlong Capsule （JLC）. Methods Twenty HIV-infected patients were treated with an effective anti-cancer drug, Jinlong Capsule, a formally approved anti-cancer drug by Chinese government in 1988, which is a compound animal drugs including fresh Gecko, fresh multibranded Krait and fresh long-noded pit Vioer） for 3 months. Before and after treatment, viral load and CD4 cell count were determined; Results The viral load of 17 cases has insignificant changes （〈0.5 log） after JLC treat- ment; but 80% of small dosage JLC （3 cap/time, 3/d） showed obvious elevation from （0.1864±0.11095）×10^9/L, mean ele- vation was （0.30073±0.16457）×10^9/L, while large dosage group （4 cap/time, 3/d） revealed slight lowering instead, from （0.25717±0.12757）×10^9/L, mean lowering was （0.148±0.12040）×10^9/L; Conclusions JLC could enhance immunity of HIV infected patients with insignificant HIV inhibitory effect.
