摘　　要：本文应用灰靶方法评价证券公司与银行开展“银证通”合作的效果,通过部分证券营业部的应用实例说明灰靶方法的分析过程。灰靶分析在概率分析方法条件不具备的情况下,为证券公司某项决策效果的评价提供了一种更科学、适用性更强的方法,在公司决策效果评价中具有广泛的应用价值。Through the application of grey model, the paper makes an analysis on the effect of banking ＆ securities interflow. The model offers a scientific method for Securities Company to make decisions without the help of probability analysis conditions. It has the characteristic of stronger applicability in company decision effect appraisals.
