摘 要:利用焦锑酸钾沉淀法分析光敏感核不育水稻农垦58S药壁超微结构和Ca2+分布的变化,发现在长日照条件下,药壁绒粘层细胞和药壁中Ca2+从花粉母细胞时期开始出现异常;随着花药的发育,药壁中Ca2+沉淀增加,主要分布在绒粘层细胞和乌氏体表面,长日照条件下不能很好地形成乌氏体,且乌氏体表面Ca2+沉淀要比短日照条件下少。Using potassium antimonate technique, the ultrastructure and Ca62+ distribution in anther wall of photo-sensitive genic male-sterile line of Nongken 58S were studied. The results showed that under the long-day photoperiod, some vacuoles and Ca^2+ precipitates were found in the tapetal cells in anther wall at pollen mother cell stage. With the growth of the plants, Ca^2+ precipitates in the cells of anther wall increased, and it was mainly distributed in tapetal cells and on the surface of the Ubish bodies. Under the long-day photoperiod, the tapetal cells could not form intergraded Ubish bodies and the Ca^2+ precipitates on Ubish bodies were much less than that under the short-day photoperiod.
