关于高等院校加强民主管理的思考

摘　　要：高等院校是知识分子集中的场所,是弘扬民主和科学精神的前沿,应该在政治文明建设中发挥示范作用。当前要进一步提高对高等院校加强民主管理重要性的认识,把加强民主管理作为学校自我完善和自我发展的内在要求,作为学校管理的重要环节。高等院校要积极探索加强民主管理的形式和途径。Colleges and universities, places of intellectuals and for carrying forward democracy and scientific spirits, should play demonstration functions in constructing political civilization. The importance of colleges＇ role in intensifying democracy should be stressed on, and intensifying democratic administration should become the inner requirement of the self-perfecting and self- developing of colleges, which is an important part of college administration. The forms and methods of further intensifying democratic administration in colleges should he probed into.
