番茄晚疫病菌的分离、扩繁及人工接种研究  被引量:13

摘  要:研究了叶片诱导法、薯片诱导法分离番茄晚疫病菌及其在15%T-Rye,Oat,PDA这3种培养基上的扩繁效果,同时应用苗期接种、离体叶片接种两种方法,用生理小种T1,2,3的不同孢子囊悬浮液浓度对抗、感番茄品种进行人工接种研究。结果表明:(1)叶片诱导法容易分离到菌株;(2)15%T-Rye培养基最适合做扩繁培养基,病原菌在其培养基上生长最好,产孢量最多;(3)以2 000个/mL的孢子囊悬浮液接种番茄离体叶片后,根据第5 d的发病情况即可鉴别品种抗性。The results of isolation of Phytophthora infestans on tomato were studied by potato disc and in vitro leaf. The selected mediums of propagation were tomato juice-rye medium, oat medium and PDA medium respectively. The different concentrations of inoculation sporangia of P. infestans were 0, 2 000,4 000,6 000,8 000,10 000/mL on young plants and 0,1 000,2 000,3 000,4 000,5 000,6 000/ mL on detached leaves of tomato. The results showed that ( 1 ) it was easier to get P. infestans by in vitro leaf than by potato disc; (2) the tomato juice-rye medium was the best one among the three media ; ( 3 ) the most proper concentration was 2 000 sporangia per milliliter to distinguish different kind of resistant variety by detached leaf.
