左旋布比卡因和布比卡因用于颈丛阻滞的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较0.25%左旋布比卡因和0.25%布比卡因用于颈丛阻滞的麻醉效果和并发症。方法:ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级病人40例,随机分两组行颈丛阻滞,LB组使用0.25%左旋布比卡因,B组使用0.25%布比卡因。观察两组的感觉阻滞起效时间、麻醉平面固定时间、麻醉质量评级、对循环的影响以及并发症发生的情况。结果:两组麻醉效果、对循环的影响以及并发症发生均相似(P>0.05)。结论:左旋布比卡因用于颈丛阻滞能提供和同浓度布比卡因相似的麻醉效果,在安全性方面左旋布比卡因具有一定的优势。Objective：To compare the anesthesia effects and complications of 0.25% levobupivacaine and 0.25% bupivacaine for cervical plexus block.Methods：43 patients （ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ） were randomly and equally divided into two groups,which received cervical plexus block by 0.25% levobupivacaine in group LB,or 0.25% bupivacaine in group B. The onset time of sensory block ,the fixed time of block,the classes of anesthesia quality,the influence on circulatory system and the complications were observed. Results：The effects of anesthesia,the influence on circulatory system and the complications were similar in both groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Levobupivacaine can offer similar anesthesia effect for cervical plexus block to bupivacaine at the same concentration, and has some advantages in safety.
