摘 要:采用液体稀释法、菌丝生长抑制法和孢子萌发抑制法研究抗真菌多肽捷安肽素对疫霉、灰霉、辣椒炭疽病菌、棉花枯萎病菌的抑菌性能。结果表明,捷安肽素对疫霉的抑制作用最强,M IC和M FC分别为3.92×1-0 4和7.84×1-0 4μg/m l。捷安肽素对供试真菌的孢子萌发和菌丝生长具有强烈的抑制作用,而且这种抑制作用随捷安肽素浓度和预处理时间的增加而增强。显微形态观察表明,经捷安肽素处理后,供试真菌呈现球形膨胀,而且随着捷安肽素浓度的增大和作用时间延长,球形膨胀的程度和发生频率也增加。The antifungal activity of an novel antifungal polypeptide, Jiean-peptide, was investigated against 4 filamentous fungi associated with plant diseases. In the presence of Jiean-peptide, hypha growth and spore germination of several phytopathogenic fungi were strongly inhibited. The MIC and MFC were 3.92 × 10^-4 and 7.84× 10^-4μg/ml respectively. The inhibitory effect enhanced with the increase of Jiean-peptide concentration and prolonged pretreatment time. Micrographic observation revealed that the Jiean-peptide led to the globular expanding of the hyphae. It was concluded that Jiean-peptide was worthy of further researth as a biopesticide for plant diseases and this study lays a foundation for the future exploration of inhibition mechanism.
